This is the fanciest breakfast and most delightful dessert. However you choose to eat it, I promise you'll be counting down the days (hours?) until you can eat it again.
- 3 tablespoons of Mocha Chandler Honey
- 100g of pistachios
- 300g of granola
- 8 clementines, peeled and sliced
- 300 g of fresh berries
- 500g of Greek yogurt
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of cocoa powder
Heat the oven to 350F. Spread nuts over a baking sheet and toast for 5-7 minutes until a golden brown.
Prepare bowls by first adding granola, then yogurt, then clementines and berries. Top with Mocha Chandler honey and dust with cinnamon and cocoa powder.
